Deep Clean
Post-construction cleaning after all construction work is complete. Ensures the unit is ready for showing.

Includes
Final removal of small debris, leftover materials, and packaging.
Cleaning of watermarks and stains.
Full window cleaning interior and exterior (if sashes can be tilted), including trim areas.
Removal and residue cleaning of stickers from new windows or appliances.
Dusting and washing all surfaces in every room, including walls, doors, baseboards, trim, cabinets, shelves, mirrors, lighting, plumbing fixtures, etc.
Deep cleaning and dusting of all restroom and kitchen fixtures, appliances, mirrors, and other surfaces like doors, countertops, shelves, cabinets, backsplash, and walls.
Sweeping, mopping, and/or vacuuming of floors

Touch-Up
